This level indicator is best suited for large non pressurized liquid storage tanks and vessels. It is configured according to the particular gravity of the liquid that floats on the liquid level. A pointer is connected to the float by a rope and set of pulleys, where the pointer swoops over a CM marked plate, which is installed just parallel to the tank. For restricting the on-going horizontal movement of the float, two guide wires from 3 meters above the tank is firmly anchored to the bottom of the tank. This measuring instrument also delivers vapour seal type float and board type gauge that is applied for tanks having corrosive fumes and nitrogen purging tanks.
